If you wish to hire minutes for the event such as flower services, tablecloths, music, DJs, PA system… Contact us.
NUMER OF DINERS
The minimum billing is for 15 diners.
For less diners, please contact us for conditions.
The final numere of diners attending must be confirmed 72 hours before the service date.
The price of menu will be 10% higher in midday hours on weekdays, and on weekends midday and evening.
EXTERNAL SERVICES
Our company reserves the right to accept any possible external services that the client may provide.
HOURS
The duration od our services is 2.30 hours maximum. Extra time: On request.
The service will start at the agreed time. Any variations due to reasons beyond Pic Nic that may affect the duration of the event, will be charged apart. Check prices with the establishment.
PAYMENT
€100 deposit for the reservation (non-refundable in case of cancellation). Up to 80% of the estimated amount one week before the service and the rest the day of the service.
Payment via bank transfer or cash. Other payment methods upon request.
Note: The final price of the event will depend on the extra needs that the service may require.
